The Lotus Exige is an iconic Lotus; 2020 saw its 20th anniversary, and 2021 will also see its final year of production. To celebrate this exceptionally talented car, three final edition models will be available; the new Exige Sport 390, new Exige Sport 420 and new Exige Cup 430.
New features includes some unique paint choices, new decals on the exterior, and two new wheel finishes. On the interior, a TFT instrument cluster is fitted along with a final edition build plaque, new steering wheel design and new seat trim/ stitch patterns.
The new Exige Cup 430 is fitted with diamond cut, lightweight, forged 10-Spoke wheels as standard with black and anthracite as a no cost option.
To mark the final year of production the final edition Exige includes some unique paint choices, new decals on the exterior, and new wheel finishes.
In addition to twelve choices of standard and select paints, the Exige Cup 430 final edition features five unique heritage colours that celebrate the car’s history. These include Metallic White, from the unveiling of the V6 Exige at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011, and Metallic Orange, which was used on the first press fleet car in 2000 and the and the Exige GT3 concept from the Geneva Motor Show 2007.
Buyers can also specify Racing Green, Nightfall Blue, Essex Blue, Calypso Red and Black. The new Exige Cup 430 also features four additional special colours, including vivid and isotope green, These are teamed with forged diamond cut, anthracite or black, lightweight 10 spoke wheels.
To celebrate this exceptionally talented car in its final year of production, Lotus has upgraded the interior to include a TFT instrument cluster along with a final edition build plaque, new steering wheel design and new seat trim/stitch patterns.
The new TFT screen features two selectable driver screen display styles: an analogue style with a circular tachometer and a digital style with a linear bar tachometer. These and other menu options are controlled via buttons on the side of the instrument binnacle. A high RPM shift light is included to assist the driver in selecting the optimum gear for the engine speed.
Cup Carbon seats in Alcantara come in five colours from silver to light blue. The newly designed steering wheel comes with a top dead centre marker to aid the driver.
