Arctic Circle Raceway is the northernmost race track in the world. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of the Arctic Circle and 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Mo I Rana. The track was opened in 1995. The racetrack is custom built for road racing, and it also has the possibility for 24-hour racing in full daylight in summer because of the midnight sun. The track is located 200m (660ft) above sea leven and feature a height difference of 31m (102ft).
